Another lost Nordic culture, from Novgorod, might have been stuck for a thousand years. Historically, the region and rivers was a vital link between the Baltic sea and the Black sea - between Norden and Constantinople. Today, Belarus dominates parts of that region. It is the hardest European nation to investigate and understand, since it is similar to political singularities like Cuba and North Korea. Now, the culture shows serious symptoms of dysfunctionality. However, any nation has dysfunctionalities of some kind, yet most are willing and able to recover. The intention of this blog is therefore not to disgrace any nation, but to focus on the term ‘dysfunctionality’ in order to provide terms for qualitative improvements. The method used - is to escalate the term from the smallest organizations, like families, to the largest, like nations. Thereby, terms of family therapy can provide some insight in howto improve the quality of nations. Though, as for families, a nation’s condition is influenced by related nations too.

Belarus has become an ‘alienated’ and ’anti-European’ nation - located in the midst of continental Europe. It is completely sealed and have become a patriarchal regime that do not even recognize the European Human Rights. No matter the system, no nation is entitled to hinder the international community to help their citizens, when a nuclear disaster wastes its people and its civilization. ”About 70% of the radiation from neighboring Ukraine's 1986 Chernobyl nuclear disaster entered Belarusian territory, and about a fifth of Belarusian land was affected by radiation fallout”. Actually, the firemen poured water on the Russian nuclear plant, which escalated the radioactive fall-out on both Belarus and Ukraine. This event alone proves that Belarus suffers from the most serious conditions of national dysfunctionality, - even though the public image might show otherwise.

A similar event in a similar state, like North Korea or Cuba, would have caused a global media-storm and massive global aid. However, Belarus is clearly silenced by much stronger forces, - like a superior dysfunctional family or cult. Questions of ‘why’ and ‘who’ do involve the capitals of Moscow and Kiev as well as Minsk itself. In fact, there have always been the trilogy of Ukraine, Russia and Belarus, struggling for being the 3rd Rome, - after the Muslim raids on the 2nd Rome and after the Mongol raids on Europe. None of the three can be healed separately. It is like a dysfunctional family of dominant matriarch, patriarch and child – or – Id, Ego, Super-ego – or – Drive, Will and Belief - that needs urgent family therapy by external sound and professional support - in order to realize that all three needs to balance their states – together.

Some historical background on Belarus might better the focus:

”Belarus is a landlocked country in Eastern Europe bordered by Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Lithuania and Latvia. Poland, Lithuania and Russian have controlled the lands of Belarus through the history. Originally, Belarus became a political capital, a bishopric and the controller of vassal territories among Baltics in the West. The city's Cathedral of the Holy Wisdom (1044–66), remains a symbol of this independent-mindedness. Rivaling churches of the same name in Novgorod and Kiev, referring to the original Hagia Sophia in Constantinople and hence to claims of imperial prestige, authority and sovereignty. In the 13th century, the fragile unity of Kievan Rus' disintegrated due to nomadic incursions from Asia, which climaxed with the Mongol sacking of Kiev (1240), leaving a geopolitical vacuum in the region.” “Between the 9th and 12th centuries, the northern Belarus emerged as the dominant center of power.“
Novgorod is a recurring issue in these blogs. “With the joint Moscow/Mongolian/Muslim peace-agreement, Roma3 executed brutal and effective anti-papal campaigns towards the Christians in the Baltic region and the Nordic union. “Ivan (the terrible) attacked the Baltic region brutally. The nations responded with raids, invasions and blockades. The Polish, Lithuanians, Swedes, Dutch and Germans were together in the resistance. Ivan accused that Novgorod could end up being catholic in a polish/Lithuanian alliance. The claim has no documented validation though. Roma3’s final annexations by Ivan and Oprichnina (Roma3 Secret Services) was terrible and led to the ‘Novgorod massacre’ in 1570. A trade route to the Atlantic Sea via Germany was also frequently terminated with wars at Holstein. It left the Danish castle Kronborg as the only passage regulated with taxes. This UNESCO heritage is also the site for Shakespears ‘Hamlet’ with the infamous quote: «Something is rotten in the state of Denmark”. Furthermore, Napoleon was somehow convinced in Poland to invade Moscow, which unexplainably burned to the ground on their arrival. The retreating France army was sneak-attacked one by one, like predators’ attack flock of prey, until most of the France soldiers died or disappeared. (UU 2014.mai.16)
The Swedes invaded the regions as late as the 18th century. “When his army surrendered, Charles XII of Sweden and a few soldiers escaped to Ottoman territory (former capital Constantinopel), founding a colony in front of Bender, Moldova (Black Sea). Peter I demanded Charles's eviction, and when the sultan refused. Peter decided to force it by invading the Ottoman Empire. Peter's army was trapped by an Ottoman army at the Pruth river. Peter managed to negotiate a retreat, making a few territorial concessions and promising to withdraw his forces from the Holy Roman Empire as well as allowing Charles's return to Sweden. These terms were laid out in the Treaty of Adrianople (1713). Charles showed no interest in returning, established a provisional court in his colony, and sought to persuade the sultan to engage in an Ottoman-Swedish assault on Russia. The sultan put an end to the generous hospitality granted and had the king arrested in what became known as the "kalabalik" in 1713. Charles was then confined at Timurtash and Demotika; later he abandoned his hopes for an Ottoman front and returned to Sweden in a 14-day ride.” (See Wikipedia link) The Eastern Vikings or Novgorod and Sweden has certainly populated the regions for a 1000 year, including Crimea.
”Belarus declared independence in 1917 after the execution of the Russian tsar family. It became a founding constituent of Soviet Union (SU) in 1922, lost half its territory to Poland, but got it back in WW2. Belarus lost 1/3 of its population and 1/2 its economic resources. It became a founding member of the United Nations in 1945, along with the SU and Ukraine. Belarus declared their sovereignty in 1990 when SU collapsed and declared its independence in 1991. Belarus and Russia signed a treaty for greater cooperation in 2000, when president Yeltsin was replaced with the former KGB agent Putin. There were hints of forming a Union State.” Although not public, Belarus is certainly a political influential on the global area.
Belarus is labeled ’Europe's last dictatorship’ with Alexander Lukashenko as president since 1994. He continued a number of Soviet-era policies, such as state ownership of large sections of the economy, yet slightly less despotic than China, Cuba, Laos, Vietnam and North Korea. Belarus' Democracy Index rating was the lowest in Europe until 2014, when Russia dropped lower. The country is labelled as ’not free’ by Freedom House, ‘repressed’ in the Index of Economic Freedom, and it is rated as the worst country for press freedom in Europe in the 2013–14. ’Reporters Without Borders’ ranks Belarus 157th out of 180 nations. It is the only European country to retain capital punishment in both law and practice.”
Some further info: ”Over 70% of Belarus's population of 9.49 million resides in urban areas. More than 80% of the population is ethnic Belarusian. The primary religion in the country is Eastern Orthodox Christianity. Minsk is the capital and most populous city. Belarus is 40% is forested and its strongest economic sectors are service industries and manufacturing.”
Belarus is obviously in a deep dysfunctional crisis, like the most serious conditions of dysfunctional families. The natio is also a health risk for the other nations too. Apparently, the nation cannot heal itself and needs urgent external help - even though its authorities are unable to admit it.

Such a complex national dysfunctionality can be related to methods for ‘family therapy’ by escalating sociological science of dysfunctional families. A general description says: ”Dysfunctional behavior is considered abnormal when it, causes some kind of undesirable behavior, according to the culture and has a physical cause of the central nerve system. However, such mental disorders of dysfunctionality describe processes in systems, - not individual people. There are five main criteria for dysfunctional abnormality; 1) statistical criterion 2) social criterion 3) personal discomfort 4) maladaptive behavior, and 5) deviation from ideal.”

In order to escalated the term ’dysfunctional’, from family organizations to national organizations, the following words are substituted; ’family’ with ’nation’, ’child’ or ’family member’ with ’citizen’, ’adults’ and ’parents’ with ’authorities’ and ’marriage’ with ’organizational’. Thereby, the following paragraphs dysfunctional nations with psychosocial definitions.
”A dysfunctional nation is a nation in which conflict, misbehavior, and often citizen neglect or abuse on the part of individual authority occur continually and regularly, leading other members to accommodate such actions. Citizens sometimes grow up in such nations with the understanding that such an arrangement is normal. Dysfunctional nations are primarily a result of co-dependent authorities, and may also be affected by addictions, such as substance abuse (e.g., alcohol or drugs), or sometimes an untreated mass-psychosis and mass-neurosis (mental illness). Dysfunctional authorities may emulate or over-correct from their own dysfunctional authorities. In some cases, "child-like" authorities will allow the dominant authority to abuse their citizens.”
”Some features are common to most dysfunctional nations: 1) Lack of empathy, understanding, and sensitivity towards certain citizens, while expressing extreme empathy or appeasement towards one or more members who have real or perceived ’special needs’. 2) Denial (refusal to acknowledge abusive behavior, possibly believing that the situation is normal or even beneficial; also, known as the "elephant in the room."). 3) Inadequate or missing boundaries for its Self (Ego-state) (e.g. tolerating inappropriate treatment from others, failing to express what is acceptable and unacceptable treatment, tolerance of physical, emotional or sexual abuse.) 4) Disrespect of others' boundaries (e.g. physical contact that other citizen dislikes; breaking important promises without just cause; purposefully violating a boundary another authority has expressed). 5) Extremes in conflict (either too much fighting or insufficient peaceful arguing between citizens). 6) Unequal or unfair treatment of one or more citizen due to their birth order, gender, age, national role, abilities, race, caste, etc. (may include frequent appeasement of citizen at the expense of others, or an uneven/inconsistent enforcement of rules).”
”Though not universal, the following features are typical of dysfunctional nations; Abnormally high levels of jealousy or other controlling behaviors: 1) Conflict influenced by organizational status: Between separated authorities, usually related to, or arising from the breakup. 2) Conflict between authorities who remain dependent, often for the perceived ’sake’ of the citizens, but whose division would in fact remove a detrimental influence on those citizens. 3) Authorities who wish to separate, but cannot due to financial, societal (including religious), or legal reasons. 4) Citizens afraid to talk (within or outside the nation) about what is happening at home, or are otherwise fearful of their nation. 5) Abnormal sexual behavior such as adultery, promiscuity, or incest. 6) Lack of time spent together, especially in recreational activities and social events ("We never do anything as a nation "). 7) National members (including citizens) who disown each other, or refuse to be seen together in public.”
”List of unhealthy governing signs which could lead to a nations becoming dysfunctional: Unrealistic expectations, ridicule, Conditional love, Disrespect, Emotional intolerance, isolation, stifled speech, denial of an ’inner life’, being under- or over-protective, apathy, belittling, shame, bitterness, hypocrisy, unforgiving, demonization, unbalance criticism, double standards, the absentee authority, unfulfilled projects, unrightfully redistribution, gender prejudice, sexual imbalance, emocratic policies, scapegoating, ’tunnel visioning’, unbalance delegations, hinder mature participations, an ’know-it-all’ attitude, forced participation against abilities, scrooge authority, heredity blaming, etc.” (ref. Any nation should, and hopefully does, use such checklists for their own dysfunctionalities - and are, hopefully, willing and able to quality assure to proper functionality.

Games are per definitions based on dysfunctional conditions. “(UU 2016.juli.15) “The Pyramid Games are described in the initial UU 2016.mai.13. Pyramid Games are based on the illegal ‘Pyramid scheme’, ‘Eight-ball’ and ‘Gifting circles’. 8 people are lured by one to ‘invest’ in illusions of repayments in a distant future, - not realizing that the Game is built to collapse and rather cause their ruin. The ethics to such Game masters are ‘honesty is for suckers’. The 5 Pyramid Games in this UU theme are related to the 5 Internationals. Those ‘suckers’ are lured to contribute to domestic CCD (Colony Collapse Disorder) that weakens their prey nation enough to enable the main gains of CdE (Coup d’ Etat). Related sub-Games played by potential PROSA Pensioners are of all categories, - especially Underworld Games and Sexual Games like; NIGYSOB (Now I've Got You, You Son of a Bitch) and Schlemiel, SWYMD (See What You Made Me Do), ITHY (I'm Only Trying to Help You), LPAFJ (Let's Pull A Fast one on Joey), LYAHF (Let's You and Him Fight), DAC&UAC (Devide&Conquer & Unite&Conquer), ISR (It Started with the Retribution), ABD (Attack is the Best Defense), Jante/TUD (The Ugly Duckling), TLM (Two Little Maids), BGGG (Bad Guy, Good Guy), RPPP (Robbing Pete to Pay Paul), ODAB (One's Death – Another’s Bread) and the Russian BOOFY (Beat your Own and Others will Fear You). (UU 2014.sept.12.)” Most classic Games describes inter-personal dysfunctionalities. These can certainly be applied to inter-national dysfunctionalities as well.

Now, there might be a major 5D shift in the Russia/Belarus/Ukraine relations. The Belarus patriarchal President held a world-record breaking speech that even exceeded Cuba’s former dictator Castro. The speech was mainly addressed to the changes in Russian politics and in particular towards president Putin. President Lukashenko was furious and claimed that Putin is out of control and that the high level of corruption in Russia will break down their relations. The four main issues in the speech were: 1) The Russians want border control despite agreement on open borders. 2) The Russians jeopardies their oil energy agreement. 3) There is a trade-war between them and the Russian food-inspectors will be arrested, prosecuted and jailed they enter Minsk again. 4) Lukashenko was furious at the Putin-Trump relation on the cost of Belarus. He simple called Putin stupid in getting Trump elected, because he does not think that the Americans are as stupid as Putin believes. (The 5D scenario model for past as well as future is explained in blogs like UU 2014.sept.12 and 2017.feb.03.)

The trinity Games of Russia/Belarus/Ukraine have symptoms of facing a CCD (Colony Collapse Disorder). All three seem to realize that there is dysfunctional crisis between them. Lukashenko’s speech is like a Move in the classic psychosocial Game Schlemiel (Rebel). Putin is addressed like some simple pickpocketer from Leningrad. The psychosocial ‘transaction’ (T.A) indicates a shift to the classic Game NIGYSOB (Now I've Got You, You Son of a Bitch). Civil unrests are rising. In Minsk, there are now open riots and public arrests of protesters toward the so-called ‘Parasite Tax’. (That is the opposite of the European ‘Basic Income’.) Such a riot is as extraordinary as if there were riots in North Korea or Cuba. Minsk will never be the same after this Gdansk symptom. Furthermore, the unrests also increase in Russia, like the coordinated 99 riots on 2017.march.26. Most serious of all - the Russian proxy-wars towards Ukraine cannot ever end.

‘Belarusology’ should be as relevant as ‘Kremlinology’ and ‘Vaticanology’. There are numerous of intriguing issues to analyze, even though most are concealed from the public common sense. The un-coverable symptoms are sufficient to start some ‘Duck analysis’ (“If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck”) and Black Box analysis (determine the characters of the inside by analyzing the difference of input and output), Transaction Analysis (determining the real content of inter-national communications), LifeQuality analysis (based on human need and human rights), LEJD Quality analysis (determine the level of balance to the Legal, Executive, Judicial & Democratic powers), Quality of the GUR ethical system (Good/Constructive/Right), Game analysis (like the series of P5GO Games) and the 3^3D psychosocial model. However, most relevant and intriguing is the massive potentials to test out the 3^3D psychosocial model. It is the most recent, and most relevant to these 50 additional P5GO (The 5th Pyramid Game Over). The theory was described in UU 2016.sept.16. “It was necessary to upgrade and extend the classic Freudian models to organizational levels in order to enable psychosocial analysis. The result is a joint Freud/Jung/Berne model called 3x3. This was further developed to the 3^3 (i.e. 3x3x3) model. It is explained and used from UU 2015.juni.05 to UU 2015.juli.24 about (a) parliamentary election. “The terms are developed from-via-to: Id-Child-Drive, Ego-Adult-Will and Superior Ego-Parent-Belief. A second dimension of conscience is added in order to merge Jung with Freud’s 3-state; UnderConcience, Conscience and OverConcience. The third dimension contains of 3 subcategories of Drive, Will and Belief. These are interrelated via the conscience dimension. However, the subcategories are open for adaption and modifications to what is to be analyzed, for example persons, organizations, nations, empires or humanity. Furthermore, the subcategories are related to Game categories too, - which is not directly in the 3^3 model. For example, sub-categories for Personal level is; Drive (Sulk, Nerd, Jerk), Belief (Matriarch, Authority, Patriarch), while Parliamentary relates to Will (Legislative, Executive and Judging (LEJ) and National/Imperial relates to Drive (Throne), Will (State) and Belief (Temple). A combination with collective Game categories were discussed in UU 2015.feb.27, UU 2015.mars.06 and UU 2015.mars.13 where: Drive (RF, AF and WL), Will (KoC, GdE and GoT) and Belief (UNO, WoW and SET).”

Finally - a direct relation to this theme of ‘P5GO’. Isn’t there some truth in the movie ‘The Expert’ (see the Extra UU), that such ‘Parallel Organizational Apparatus’ do exist, like it is described in the 3rd International’s condition 3’, in order to export ‘parasite organizations’ into some ‘host nations’ – and cause their CCD (Colony Collapse Disorder) and thereby enable CdE (Coup d’ Etat)? If so, there are mass-produced dysfunctional organizations, like weapons of mass-destructions, in most of the 200 United Nations in the world. Such hosts are not even aware of their condition. If so, counter-fighting organizational dysfunctionalities should be as highly prioritized as other health issues by the UN. Ironically - no wonder that the dysfunctional trinity of Russia/Belarus/Ukraine are seriously dysfunctional, - when having domestic leaks of their home-grown ‘parasites’ – artificially grown in an unsafe lab – like some unsafe nuclear reactor.

Di Leva is a strange Swedish multi-artist. He is certainly a skilled, songwriter, composer and performer. His appearances are well planned to lower the audience defenses, open up for impressions and finally change their minds. In this video, Di Leva appears like some new age jester with alien relations. He and his blindfolded army marches naively into a camouflaged battlefield. The association here is how a soldier of ‘dysfunctopia’, located in some radioactive swamps, might perceive himself in his alienated UnderConcience of Drive, Will and Belief.

Extra UU - The experts – trailer - John Travolta

‘Parallel organizational apparatus’ can be as large as towns. This comedy, ‘The experts’, is somehow a background movie to the TV series ‘The Americans’ (Extra UU 2016.juni.10). The location for this movie is Russia, - but could as well be Belarus. “Two hip nightclub owners from New York City, Travis and Wendell are drugged and kidnapped and taken to the Soviet Union, as ‘experts’ on the ‘American lifestyle’ with the intention of teaching KGB agents to be hip like Americans. They think they have arrived in Nebraska to open the nightclub. Travis and Wendell are relocated to the phony ‘Indian Springs’, which is actually located in the southeastern edge of the USSR.
