What is the Constitutional Momentum? Do Denmark need such a Momentum Shift? The simple answer is – ‘Yes Indeed’. Still, it is a complex matter, - so this thesis concludes this year’s blogging concerning the Danish sudden power-shift at the Throne. Even though not realised yet, - this monarchical change does certainly cause vital Constitutional shifts. Historically, there have been numerous vital momentums-shifts of the Dane Constitutions. Elder blogs are fatigue though, yet indicate that the past Games must have been as controversial as the present one. Still, we cannot possibly know – since we were not there and only relying on ancient unreliable medias, - just like relying on today’s ‘fake news’. This final blog of this year’s theme, is as vague as the Dane future itself. Yet, some personal reflections and suggestions cannot be withheld.

The 14 years of blogging consists of rather controversial theses and hypothesis that might seem irrelevant and tedious. How to express something obvious from another point of view, - yet not being labelled outlandish? Anyways, basically, we all consider ourselves, our relations and our social existence as 3 dimensional. This 3D perception is elevated to 3D psychosociology, 3D politics, 3D constitutions, etc. All in all, the basic thesis is that this 3D perception applies for individual humans as well as the Humanity, and all the human organisations in-between. Anyways, in this sense the Constitutional momentum is the balance of the 3 Superpowers; the Throne, the State and the Temple.

Moreover, there are numerous psycho-social theories that applies both ways and in general. Still, these blogs 4th Dimension relates to a true LifeQuality democracy, not that institutional centralised-democracy of the Eurasian ‘East’. This true 4D is rather elevated to terms of Hyper-democracy, related to the hypotheses of QoH (Quality of Humanity) and LifeQuality (LQ/QoL). That concept was demonstrated in blog UU20170407, when psychosocially analysing the Belarusian dysfunctional Constitution, - simply by transliterating and transmitting terms of family-therapy to Constitutional properties and nature. Moreover, the blog UU20220522 ‘Kremlinology’ takes such analysis further. Such Constitutional psychosocial analysis applies for any super-powers like the Thrones, the States and the Temples.

Also, the 5D is relevant when hypothesising the 4D Constitutional momentum shift. Intriguingly, the past scenarios reflect that the official perceptions of the past might not be real, but mass-psychoses, since the dominants’ historical storytelling might be subjective, unprecise and even wrong. For example, as questioned in UU20240804, did Valdemar I (Vlademir) cause the start or the end of Denmark’s history? Moreover, is the present collective perception of the Dane Constitutional Momentum completely true, - or slightly untrue? There are several reasonable questions asked in blogs related to UU20240602, concerning the previous century’s war-damages to the Constitution. The state of the Constitution is highly required to be healed, have a momentum-shift.

The previous blog’s joke aside, - there is no anarchy in Demark and there is no Kardemomme City-state. Still, there is the massive organised crimes in the overpowered embedsfolks’ State. Hence, the Constitution needs to balance as ordered in the Rule of Law. Meaning, - there should be inter-constitutional safe-guards between the 3 Powers, - like there is a Governments between the Parliament and the State. Hence, the Cyber QoC requires Judicial and Executive intra-organisations too. The Dane Constitution needs a momentum shift of its 3 powers. In brief, in Denmark, the CdE war Games in the previous century has perverted the State with overpowering way out of Constitutional balance. The State executes some reverse Legislative parliamentarism via the Government and it short-cuts the Judicial power with its own pre-Judicial prosecutor's office (Anklagemyndighet). In practice, the collective of Executive embedsfolk have privileged themselves with the Throne’s immunity and the historical absolute powers.

This was concluded in Blog UU20240602 like this. “Conclusively, although the 3 Constitutional powers are sovereign, there are certainly need for some cybernetic quality ensuring mechanisms between the three in order to maintain the Balance of Power. The Legislative power certainly need intersecting institutions both to the Judicial and Executive powers, - like the Judicial has a Government to the Executive. Likewise, the Judicial power need means to monitor, propose and act on the Executive Power’s prosecution authority and a Legislative power’s Control & Constitutional committee. In brief, the Judicial organisations must be empowered to correct obviously judicial failures in the Legislative and Executive powers.”

Anyways, the Dane Constitution Legality has altered considerable by having a king back after half a century abandonee. Now that power is most certainly Legislatively and Executively re-enabled. There is no way that new power will be ignored anymore, - it will include Denmark in the world legally, neighbourhood, and lawfulness. The institutional war Games towards the Constitution is more than alarming. Examples in this blog series indicates the highly corrupted ministry of Treasure, the opt-out of European legislative cooperations, the TV series ‘Black Swan’ scratching the surface of massive organised institutional crimes. Conclusively, not merely Denmark, but all the Scandinavian democratic monarchies should embrace the new constitutional unity formed with the treaties of EU/EEA, ECHR, UN, NATO etc. that gives hope to finally end the 300 years of hybrid warfare towards Norden, called the ‘Great Nordic War’ of the Winter Palace, - that Kremlin outpost of ruin. This century’s collapse of that diluted empire needs to be minimised and psychosocially handled like a person endangering himself and any surrounding.

Extra UU – Monument Shift

The theory, the thesis, the daydream, - about a momentum shift, - is, and will always be rather controversial. This blog’s musical video do certainly indicates such. Yet, just realise that we all, in a 1/3 of our time, - in each day, in our whole life, we sleep. We do not remember much from that 3rd of our life, but do very well know that it is vital for our physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Imagine, ‘flat-earther’ having a 3D experience, - or more real, - 3D illusions of a 4D reality.
