‘The Reversed Duma’ is the 3rd hypothetic attempt to resolve the Kremlin’s War-Game towards Ukraine. It is based on the fact that an overwhelming majority of the civilized United Nations indirectly condemn the Duma’s request to the Kremlin to invade Ukraine. Hence, the Duma’s request was probably highly illegal to the Russian constitution as well - due to the Russian obligations to the Charter of the worlds United Nations (UNC). Anyways, the main model for this blog is the general anti-thesis P5GO (the 5th Pyramid Game Over) and some related models of the UU blog series. Most relevant of them, though, is the definition of QoH (Quality of Humanity) and the psychosocial analysis of organisations like the UN.
Historically, the Imperial State Duma was formally constituted one in 1905. The Emperor had absolute veto power and dismissed the first Duma in 75 days. The last and 4th Imperial Duma was dissolved in 1917. The present Duma has 450 deputies and is like a lower legislative house, whilst the Federation Council is like an upper house.
Originally, the Russian federation annexed the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) and the Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) by some 5th columnist and imposed its civilian-military administrative regimes. Those imposter regimes of DPR and LPR claimed their ‘independence’ from Ukraine, despite the Russia’s obligations of the UNC. Moreover, the PPP (puppet president Putin) announced that Ukrainian statehood was a fiction and that the modern Ukraine was entirely created by Russia. He blamed Lenin for the separation. Hence, the Duma’s asked some Latin-American state, like Cuba, Nicaragua, and Venezuela, to approve the DPR and LPR ‘independence’, - but received none. Moreover, the confederation of Novorossiya was shut down in 2015 due to "incompatibility with the Normandy Format plan of peace settlement".
Then, in 2022, the communists proposed that the Duma should ask the president to ‘peacefully’ recognize the self-declares of DPR and LPR. Hence the PPP approved and signed decrees recognizing DPR and LPR and an agreement of friendship, cooperation, and assistance. Next, Russia invaded Ukraine, bombed Kiev and further annexed the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions too - and signed treaties of accession to with the puppet heads of all four occupied regions, - like previously in Crimea. However, the PPP’s illegal invasion, by use of rouge soldiers of fortune, failed dramatically since most of the world’s nations honor the UNC rather support the offended nation. Now, it seems highly unlikely that Kremlin can take the 5 invaded Ukraine regions. Quite the contrary, - there is brewing yet another violent revolution in Russia due to its dysfunctionality.
The procedure from Duma to PPP is clearly highly illegal according to the Russian international obligations, - as talked through in the blog UU20221106. There is no other way than to have those sham legislation reversed. However, even though it is as simple as obvious, there seems to be no way that the imposter Red Mafia regime in the Kremlin will let go. Hence, the challenge is now – how can a reversing happen and to what misfortunes for Kremlin, Russian, Ukraine and the rest of the civilized united nations? Russia risks to be disabled in the UN, like the PPP caused dismissal from the UN Human Rights Council, the ECHR and the G20. Ultimately, Russia is on a path to become the world’s major rough Red Mafia state for decades to come.
The obvious anti-thesis to the Red Mafia crime in the Duma is to reverse its ‘peaceful request’. However, such is rather unlikely to happen, due to its political level corruption. The Federation Council might revers the request, since the PPP obviously abuse it as illegal war-declaration, annexation, sham referendums and invasions. However, a probable outcome is that Russian powers disable the PPP, - like they did so many times in history to their despots, like Ivan, Lenin, Stalin. Ukraine though, has made it clear that they want peace negotiations with Russia, - just not with the Red Mafia Godfather – the PPP.
UN should be very aware that this abuse is an attempt to legitimate illegal practice for the BRICS pact and the related nations in the UN. Furthermore, this seems to be a proxy-war to test the path of least resistance for massive invasions of any united nation.
The duma cannot be compared to any democratic parliament, though – which is the reason why PPP can act like the Tsar and veto the UNSC and declares war contra the UNC. Clearly, there is no reason that the Kremlin will respect the ‘democratic’ UNGA either. The Kremlin seems more determined to the BRICS than the UN. Which president dominates the BRICS though – the PPP or the PPX by their ‘99 pact’.
