The Trial toward Marius seems far too extreme to its actual issues. 7 weeks, 39 charges, extreme private exposure, hundreds of journalists and millions of global followers - is far beyond any decency that any civil Judicial Power stands for. The Western values of Human Rights of the ECHR/UN code of ‘Fair Trail’ and ‘Presumption of Innocence’, seems overruled and ruined by the pre-judgement of some modern Parallel Organisational Press Apparatus. On this epic day of Easter meme, - this blog-chronicle will somehow relate those prosecutions, - just to shift the pre-dominated mind-set of such pre-judgements. Still, most important though, – there is no intention to compare the two persons, - yet merely to expose comparisons of dysfunctional practices of some Constitutional sub-Powers – as well as then as now.
Knowing very well that relating the Marius trial with the Easter trial is controversial, - this is not done to compare the charged persons in the cases at all. The sole intent is to focus on how a trial can be highly dysfunctional when the real conflict is national and even international. For anyone that might be interested in the theorising of Xmas and Easter, there are previous blogs concerning the rivalries of Thrones, States and Temples in the intersection of the expanding empires of Roma, Egypt end Persia, like; ‘3rd Roma Xmas’, blog UU20221225; ‘Trinity Schism of 1054’, blog UU20220515; and ‘Exiled Heathens’, blog UU20191206.
Still, both Trials seems to suffer from some fundamental dysfunctionalities according to ‘The universal principle of Fair Trial’ and ‘The Presumption of Innocence. Basically, these are described as:
- “A Fair Trial is conducted fairly, justly, and with procedural regularity by an impartial judge, - explicitly proclaimed in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Magna Carta, the European Convention of Human Rights, the UN SDGs for 2030, and numerous other constitutions and declarations throughout the world.”
- “The Presumption of Innocence is a legal principle that every person accused of any crime is considered innocent until proven guilty. The legal burden of proof is thus on the prosecution, that must present evidence that the accused is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.”
The Christian trial of Easter is a universal Judicial trial, - probably the most intriguing ‘criminal case’ for 2000 years. The accused could not be accused for anything, - yet the superpowers of Throne, State and Temple desperately needed the innocently accused to be silenced. Intriguingly, there were several frustrating Blame Games between the three Constitutional Powers on who could execute any crime sentence to finally terminate the innocent prey. The republican State’s representative ended up with the blame in that Blame Game. Hence, washing its bloody hands last, - was simply ending up with ‘the Hot Potato’.
Now, who is ending up with the ‘Hot Potato’ in this Blame Game in this Marius case? Surely, the intention of the State was to harm the Throne in a Republican ‘Coup d’ Throne’ Game. Yet, the Temples ‘Chickens Out’ in the traditionally ulterior ways. Once again, - the State seems to end up with an unintended, as well as unintelligent, Moves in these Underworld Games of Comintern’s ‘Useful Idiots’.
There seems to be some quasi-religious numerical symbolism imposed in the authorities of the Court, the Accuser and the Accused. The number of charges was raised from 38 to 39 by the Executive Power’s Prosecution Authority (Påtalemyndigheten), - which symbolises 3x13, the number of unfortune - and lashes imposed on Jesus. The accusers stated on the 7th week that the accused should be sentenced to 7 years and 7 months, where ‘3x7’ is some rather holy symbol. The defenders stated that the accused should be sentenced to 1 year and 8 months, which symbolises the number 18, i.e. 6+6+6. Intriguingly, the High Court has now ruined the accusers’ meme by reducing the maximum penalty for sleep-xxx from 4 years to 2.4 years.
This Frankepsteinish Porn Trail is simply a hard-core Jante Game, as described in blog UU20260322. The Nemesis Paparazzi Press sting their cameras at his back and twist most words he utters. That Jante Gimmick is enough for any human to alter. It is a public execution like the uncivilised ones’ centuries ago. The chair he is assigned for the prosecution is simply like another Mercy Chair with some never-ending grilling.
The vast mass-psychotic pre-judgement of the crown-princes step-son has the sole intention to traumatise the very foundation of the Norwegian Constitution. The concept seems very familiar with the numerous Epsteinish black-mail crimes towards Western founding families. Some of them are scandalised by the Comintern’s Parallel Organisational Press Apparatuses (POA Press), some of them are now prosecuted due to Epsteinish corruption, - most of them we haven’t heard of yet, - and might not ever due to the extreme Underworld Games of 4th degree.
Still, the ‘Embed’ Executive Power doesn’t seem to have the necessary Quality Ensurance to hinder such dysfunctionality within. The Constitution seems still to suffer from the infiltrations, manipulations and corruptions from the world wars’ CdE Games. One solution to this dysfunctionality is to provide the real Judicial Power to overrule the Executive Power’s quasi-judicial Prosecution Authority (Påtalemyndigheten), and establish a civilised Administrative Court (Forvaltnings Domstol). "Forgive them though, - for they don’t the fxxx know what they are doing."
