‘Equality before the Law’ is a civilised principle. That was demanded from the very start for Marius despite his legally twilight zone. Surely the Legal Equality applies to most, like citizens, embedsfolks, lawyers and judges. Still, the Judicial confusion in this Marius case is because the Constitutional Monarchs are granted immunity against Legislative hybrid warfare towards the Constitution’s Heads. The son of the Crown princess was not granted such immunity, hence suffered by some parallel pre-judicial court-systems. Eventually, he was sentenced to 4 years in jail after the extreme public penalty in Court and the Press Apparatus. However, this blog focus on the similar principle of ‘Legal Equality’ for servants in the Legal, Executive and Judicial powers (LEJ) and the Press-apparatus.
No LEJ worker in Parliament, Public services or Court systems, can be granted any such immunity either. The self-proclaimed quasi-immunity for LEJ servants stems from the Stazi occupation in WW2 and the succeeding Cold War. That habitual, yet illegal practices, involves Executive public services and Judicial services of lawyers, judges and workers, - indicating that the Constitution is still war-damaged and seems to prevent healing. A main core to these massive organised crimes and unjust seems to be the malfunctional Prosecution Authority (Påtalemyndigheten). This Executive power acts like some pre-Judicial power that re-direct most Executives’ crimes to its own numerous parallel Court apparatuses, - and away from the real Judicial power. - All LEJ servants are to be informed about their legal obligations and sign a Letter of Confidence.
- Any servant that will not sign the Letter cannot be trusted any services in any LEJ power.
- The Judicial power need fully insight to all Prosecution Authority cases and the power to overrule any of its pre-judicial decisions. Any white-washed or cold-cases can be re-activated by the Judicial power and prosecuted according to the Penalty law.
- All the mismanaged cases will require extended use of IKT, AI and XaaS/CaaS (Court as a Service).
- The probability of sudden massive criminal sentences will cause a high pressure on the jail systems that can be solved by ‘electronic tagging’ (GPS anklet) and reduced IKT access and power.
However, there might be many public servants that want a career-shift when they realise what the Penalty law for public servants really states, the conflicting demands from hard-core Underworld Gamers, and that the Red Mafia cannot guaranty ‘untouchability’ anymore. Also, public servants might realise that this IR4 of AI will affect the embedsfolks of the public services the most. Still, they are very welcome to convert to the constructive non-public works that are highly needed to make the civilisation’s Sustainable Development Goals for 2030 come true.
