‘Doctors’ Order’ is the 2nd proposal to resolve the Kremlin’s War-Game towards Ukraine. It concerns the legal issue of whether a doctor can disable a dictator when contradicting the constitutional duties. This issue is of the highest national security and frequently debated these days, since the number of candidates is growing. Intriguingly though, could a removal of the PPT (Trump) prevent his violent CdE attempt at the US congress? Also, could the Kremlin remove the PPP in order to end their fights toward Ukraine - and most nations in the UN? Nevertheless, the psychosocial anti-thesis P5GO (the 5th Pyramid Game Over) and the definition of QoH (Quality of Humanity) are made to evaluate such issues.
This thesis of ‘Doctors Orders’ was openly debated thoroughly in the US while the scandals of PPT escalated. In theory, most industrial presidents can be disabled, while the political presidents’ immunity seems total. For instance, the legally 25th Amendment (of the USA) deals with presidential disability if the president dies, resigns, or removed from the office. Such temporary transfer of powers and duties can be executed by the vice president and a majority of the president's cabinet. Hypothetically, should the PPT be disabled when he disabled the FBI director that investigated his unconstitutional activities?

Any other peer leader would be removed by such diagnoses. However, the APA's Goldwater Rule silence and prevents such ‘remote’ diagnoses. Anyways, the disfunction is that an insane president can and will dismiss any sane official as a preventive Move in the paranoid Game of ABD (Attack is the Best Defense), - just like Ivan, just like Stalin and just like the present PPP/PPX pact.
Doctor’s order is a safety measure to ensure the Quality of Constitutions. The safeguard is to prevent constitutional dysfunctions of AIDS (acquired immunodeficiency syndrome), hence CCD (colonial collapse disorder). Such cyber security should be fundamental to any constitution, hence apply for any PP (Puppet President), like the PPP, PPT, PPB, PPX and PPL, - as well as any united nation. Proven after-effects are symptoms similar to CBS (Charles Bonnet syndrome) where subconscious images appear in the conscience, - due to damaged neurons in the brain. Also, some psychiatrists prescribed a non-approved Asian anti-psychotic synth-drug named Aripiprasol as a remedy whilst manipulated the formal diagnoses to get it approved. That failed - and the damages are now as unmeasurable as covered up. (UU20150828) Anyways, there should be no doubt that the Red Mafia dominance in the Kremlin is highly influenced by unapproved synth-drug abuses – that makes decision making as insane as in drug related hallucinations. Such ‘gray drug marked’ might very well have influenced several PPs, as well as the PPT and PPX. Such ‘black/illegal’ Doctor’s Orders need contra-orders by ‘white/legal’ counter-parts – which ultimately means disabling of the PP’s authority. That is hard though, when the mental patient’s finger in on ‘a big red button’.
