SDG2030/QoH – The Impact Flood

The myths about ‘The Flood’ are basically true. There was indeed a major asteroid impact in the Arctic region that caused the ‘Younger Dryas period’. Evidently, the previous ice-age had a sudden major climate change in the polar regions, - as if hit by a series of ‘nuclear’ blasts. This fact alters religious and scientific dogmas. Such meteor impacts have happened much too often. A main goal for our Humanity must therefore be to minimize, or preferably prevent, such disasters in the future. That is relatively easy, if our minds are set to actually do it. Thus, this blog aims to further encourage such resilience, sustainability and security by monitoring, detecting and alter the next NEO to endanger our existence as we know it.

Scientifically, the Younger Dryas impact hypothesis (YDIH) explains the sudden flood of freshwater in North America. Fragments of a 4 km asteroid struck northern America, Europe and Asia almost 13000 years ago. That multiple massive meteor impacts are evidently identified by craters, rock layers, polar-ice layers, scorched biomass, as well as un-earthly materials like iridium and ‘micro-diamonds’. We do not know how must flora and fauna was lost by the following artic floods of icy water. Still, 12 major mammal spices became extinct, such as the Mammut and Sabre tiger. Moreover, the flood caused the extinctions of late Pleistocene megafauna, 35 animal classes and resulted the end of the human Clovis culture. The cold from the impact triggered a global climate change and a brief winter elsewhere.

Anyway, anyhow and anyone. Now we know. Such disasters to our biosphere have happened far too often, - and will most certainly happen again, - if no one and nonsense determines our earthly exitance. Now we know, the reason of those natural disasters. Now we know, at least in theory, how to prevent such. It is rather easy, indeed, if we set our minds to it, – and do not fall for some primitive prejustice. However, we do need to expand to our companion dwarf planet, - the Moon.

It is great news, indeed, that the lockdown for the second ‘great leap for Humanity’ is finally ended. Now, Humanity is finally allowed to prepare and prevent such natural disasters to the unique creations on Earth. Yet, the necessary projects will be hard to realize. It will still take several decades, - which, by the way, could already be reached if not locked-down by ignorance and superstition. One thing should be very clear for certain, - blaming God for the massive extinction is very wrong and damaging, - and blasphemous.

Anyways, being enthusiastic about the future potentials to expand the UN SDG to our outer space, - I do indeed encourage to, - at least, - consider the following video presenting the EMP Engine as a possible solution to some of our planetary challenges ahead. I truly believe that some of the visions can be realized and helpful to prevent the next NEO disaster from happening.

Conclusively, any next NEO impact on our Earth will be a natural disaster that exceeds any volcano, quake, Flood or war. The United Nations should extend the Sustainable Development Goals to not exclude outer space and our planet-system. In fact, such concerns were the reason for the lockdown of our companion dwarf-planet – the Moon.

Younger Dryas impact thesis “12,900 years ago, the largest impact event on the planet in the last 10 million years occurred. It triggered a 1,200-year long impact winter referred to as the Younger Dryas. It caused the extinction of the majority of the planet's megafauna.” The Younger Dryas Impact Hypothesis - Kennett, West, Mayewski, Kurbatov https://www.youtube.com/embed/EX9meGeMlUQ
