SDG2030/QoH – AdTh (Abdication d’ Throne)

There is a new King in Town. Denmark, like Holland, recently had an Abdication d’ Throne (AdTh). This might be one of the most peaceful, mature and prosperous action for their Sustainable Development Goals for the year 2030. The Thrones in civilized monarchies do indeed need their generation shifts in proper time. The traditional shift by death causes unfortunate deviations, distracting grief and rivalries. Such crises have previously caused constitutional dysfunctionalities and been abused in ulterior Games of CdE (Coup d’ Etat). The books of history are full of such examples, with even Games of 4th degree (wars). Hence, this blog will rather focus on the positive effects of such a well-planed transition of powers for the SDG-16 (Peace, justice and strong institutions).

The Thrones are basically hold by Humans, promoting humanity. So is the Dane Throne too. The theses to this blog series elaborates that in blogs like UU20160805, UU20160902 and UU20180323. Humans are unique, fragile and evolving. In fact, we are all humans, whether related to societies superpowers like Temple and the State, rather than the Throne. The thesis of their rivalries is talk through in blogs like UU20221225. Anyways, the thesis is that balance of Th, St and Te is as important as the balance of the constitutional of LEJ powers (Legislative, Executive and Judicial). Furthermore, the thesis is that any organisation can be psycho-analyzed just like any humans, since they are made of our minds through the millennia.

The abdication has raised some constitutional questions, though, that should be examined thoroughly, like: Should there be a retiring age for regents? Does doctor’s order apply for regents too? Can a regent voluntary retire? Can a regent delegate core tasks? How influential are mentors allowed to be? Shouldn’t the constitutional law be updated to the represent constitutional realities, - including international legalities.

The most powerful constitutional person in Denmark is the king. (Yet, the revised constitutional law of 1957 was not updated to mention a queen.) The king is sovereign to the Executive power, to half the Legislative and is immune to the Judicial. That power is now restored after the somewhat Legislative CdTh in 1957. There seems to be many dysfunctional stalemates after the joint stazi/nazi CdE of the Dane institutions in 1940. Even though the nazis were cast out in 1945, the stazis was not, due to their prior Cloak&Dagger Game, leading to the USUK Game (UU20200201). Such Institutional Cold War traumas need to be healed. Anyways, despite all odds and Games, the Queen did keep the House in order, and now deserve a break.

Moreover, Denmark has now a majority government that did legislatively authorized the new king. He has been waiting for so long and is well aware and prepared for some necessary institutional changes to fit this decade of Industrial and Social reforms (IR4/IS4). An indication of the renewed procedures of powers is the parliaments sudden decision have a Dane officer joining the USA military forces to protect the Dane shipping in the Red Sea. Any objections were futile.

Anyways, the unexpected generation shift in the Dane Throne can be considered as a 5D event. (See blog like UU20141219.) It is a far stretched philosophy, that future, as well as past events, can be alternatively analyzed. No doubt, a spoil of political Games is to rewrite history. Although such masspsychoses might provide a needed social rest at that time, - it has to be healed in time to avoid serious dysfunctionalities. This decade seems to be such a phase.

Danes, as the rest of the Scandinavians, have chosen that a human family is the head of state. there is no stronger constitution of ‘Human over Machine’, – over Institutions. The citizens of such a human constitution should indeed be supported, rather than fall into some ulterior Games of CdE KoC (King of the Castle). Still, realising that no one is perfect, - living up to some ideals of GUR ethics (Good/Useful/Right) will benefit all. Let’s give ‘the new king in town’ a fair chance, also for sake of ourselves, our humanity, our society.
