Is the prey solemnly punishable for demanded crimes under hypnosis? - Is not the hypnotiser punishable at all? That is certainly a controversial judicial issue debated in Denmark and England, - yet quite silenced in Norwegian criminal cases. This highly controversial issue will be further talked through in this blog/chronicle. Hopefully, the Norwegian Judicial power will take such reality into account when evaluating this Marius case, that affects the very core of the Norwegian Constitution.

Issues of hypnotic manipulation is well documented, exposed and concluded in Denmark and England. It seems though that such real issues of hypnotic manipulations are tabu in Norway. Hence, hard core hypnotist Gamers still can freely get their crimes executed by submissive actors, get away with it and leave some scape-goat at trial. There are several issues, documentaries and cases that are surely far more than conspiracy hypothesis, - but very well documented facts.

A thesis says that: “During hypnosis, a person has a heightened focus and concentration and an increased response to suggestions and instructions. It might be ‘hypnotherapy’ or ‘stage hypnoses for entertainment. As therapy - hypnosis is controversial to retrieve and integrate early trauma, Moreover, hypnosis can cause false memories. Medical hypnosis is often considered pseudoscience or quackery.” (Wikipedia) Anyways, hypnotic manipulations are very real, - used and abused.

For example, as previously mentioned in blog UU20150828: “The Danish and English hypnotists Jeppe Schjøtz and Derren Brown clearly warn and demonstrate how hypnotic crimes are done. This was summed up in UU20141128: “Even hypnosis technics like NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) suggestions and questioning are used, - in addition to inducing false memories and perceptions. These abuses have escalated and are mentioned in UU20140801, UU20130412 and UU20110708. The uses and abuses are far more common than the public realize, simply because the victims do not realize what happens to them.” Yet all the cases of NLP abuse in Denmark seems not to be included in psychological and psychiatrical diagnosis as social causes, - despite all the documentation and warnings from professionals. Consequently, there must be a high rate of faulty diagnosis, treatments and violations of Human Rights (HR) and LifeQuality (LQ).”

The court process towards Marius includes several claims that he acted very strange. Most of them, he does not remember or regret. All of the outraged acts have in common that he was drunk and drugged. One question though, is whether some of the substances, like alcohol and drugs, was ‘spiked’ by others with other drugs without his knowledge. Another question is whether he also was under ‘hypnotic suggestions’, manipulating his mind to act despite his morality. What if Marius has been manipulated throughout the years, - just to make a ‘Frankepsteinish monster’, - in order to indirectly weaken the Norwegian Constitution’, - like a psychocratic prey.

Anyways, - anyone, absolutely anyone, can be manipulated to break down, by extreme stress, to do immorality – illegality and to act as some alter ego – appear schizophrenic, outrages and even criminal. There are well proved that by drugs, hypnoses and extreme stress, - anyone can alter. There should certainly be questioned in such a serious charge with such massive use of drugs, - voluntarily or not. (See blog UU20260315).

Who is the criminal, then? – the Superior-Ego or the Superior-ID? – the prey or the predator, - the individual or the collective? A well-documented case of hypnotic crimes: “The Copenhagen hypnosis murders were a double-murder case in connection with a failed bank robbery that happened in Denmark in 1951. After extensive police, psychiatric and psychological investigations and the ensuing trial proceedings, two people were convicted of the murders. It was the view of the trial court, in a decision that the Danish Supreme Court affirmed, that Schouw Nielsen had hypnotized Hardrup to carry out the robbery and the murders. Both men served prison terms and were released in 1967.” It can be noted that this was very political since both were National-Socialists during the WW2 and that they tried to form a National Communists organisation during the crimes. Not for comparison, but it is intriguing to relate the Breivik case. The Norwegian psychocracy failed to have him transferred from the penalty court to their psychiatry court (forensic psychiatry). See UU20120622. The press surely played their part. Now the Z gen press, called influencers, surely challenge and threatens the Cominterns Organisational Press Apparatus (POA). Marius’ mother was invited to the Epstein residence by her friend. She was offered by him to use his steam-bath by his bedroom. She was also offered dental services, probably by his Belarusian conspirator Karyna Shuliak. Mette told in a phone to her husband that she felt very uncomfortable by Epstein’s presence at the 3rd day, and that he appeared not to want her well. Indirectly consequences for the Constitution – isn’t there other Gamers involved with special talent in mind-manipulations – like proven in Denmark and UK? I bet the crown-prince was very much looking forward to have his love of his life ‘into my arm’ again.

Conclusively, the knowledge of hypnotic crimes calls for some Game changing questions. Have Marius never been hypnotised during the accused acts? Was not his mother under any kind of such influence at the Frankepstein recident, - for example during dental services of his girlfriend and heir? All in all, have absolutely no-one involved in the Marius case been altered by hypnosis, or induced false memories? If so, - who are the real criminal, - the hypnotist or the hypnotised? The answer is unfortunately not that obvious to the Judicial Power. It certainly should be.
