The so-called 4th Constitutional Power - is said to be the public Press. Today’s definition of the Press is dually based on; the Cold War definitions by the Eastern ‘Comintern central democracy’ or; the ‘Western citizens’ democracy’. Now, the global hybrid Press can be seriously abused – anyhow any past interpretations. Related to this ‘Marius Trail’, all these seemingly youngsters’ intrigues and accusations appears to aim at and alter the Quality of Constitution (QoC). Hence, this blog focus on how so-called ‘Reality Show’ Games and individual emocrats’ might corrupt the 4th Constitutional power.
Theoretically, this century of fast development of the IR4/SR4 (Industrial/Social Reform 4) (UU20200802) and the Comintern’s Press POA (Parallel Organisational Apparatus) - seems to still be able to overrun the Constitutional LEJ (Legal, Executive and Judicial powers), - as evident in the ‘Marius’ case. Certain POA Press workers have managed to become global internet pre-judges. This Marius Court case is twisted into a so-called ‘Reality Series’ by ‘Influencers’ where some medias’ scripts are played out with all of its dramas for mass-psychotic pre-judgement of punishments and rewards. This is possible since Norway and Denmark still object to make any real Administrative and Constitutional Courts, - hence still let the cold-war Prosecuting Authority (Anklage/Påtale myndighet) in the Executive Power (Embedet) do short-cut the real Judicial power with POAs.
Consequently, there are such ‘Reality Shows’ overrunning the real Penalty Court by collectives of immature influencer Gamers with hight expectations of personal Gains; - like some Epsteinish 3rd degree Games of RAPO; SWYMD (See what you made me do), AIA (Ain’t It Awful), ITHY (I’m only trying to help you), IWFY (If It Weren’t for You) and NIGYSOB (Now I’ve got you, you son of a bitch). Moreover, the games seem to match some of this blogger’s defined Games like; Jante, CiH (Cockfight in the Henhouse) and TLM (Two Little Maidens). (See blogs like UU20150227.)
This extreme level of wasted resources, time and morality in this Courtroom Reality Game, - surely has some more grave Gains than just than those predatory ones of personal fame and fortune. Influencing is also infiltrating, as in PROSA (see the 10 blog-series from UU20160708). The Jury might be misled to mistake backstabbing gossips for judicial facts. As mentioned, in blog UU20260215, there seems to be some Epsteinish extortion, penalty and conspiracy too. Some Z-gens surely are a new gen of the so-called ‘useful idiots’, that certainly are not useful, but destructive, seemed from the western preys’ view. Gamers’ ulterior ethics is based on attitudes like ‘honesty is for suckers’.
The accused has been traumatised by the Press Apparatus by paparazzi press workers’ Kafka processes since he was 3 years old. Any human will most certainly develop neurotic and paranoid intuition and reactions. Still, he is most defensive and protective for his families that they won’t suffer such violation of privacy and obligations. He has suffered more than most from Press workers profiting on mass-psychoses. The Press POA, by Influencers hybrid warfare toward the Constitutional family has been shielded, - at an inhuman personal cost with hardcore Underworld Games. Protective, - seemingly most of all to his younger half-sister, - the future Queen as the head of the Norwegian Constitution.
The main Gen Z POA Press workers titles themselves as Influencers. They might profit greatly by using the SoMe (Social Media) by gossips, advertising and narcissism. Still, a main aim is to be Gamers in so-called ‘Reality Shows’, like ‘Love Island’, where the main accuser won a season. Even greater Gain would be a Netflix documentary, like ‘Rebel Royals’. The main accuser in the Marius Trail is still in negotiation with Netflix for 4 Mill Nok for ulterior royalties. Most accusations of violence concerns related smashing mobile phones with illicit recordings. There are also suspicions of a Falck conspiracy ‘Gang of 4’ in the ‘Robinson’ reality show. The main victim (Frogner kvinnen) does not trust the police due leaked information. Such info might have been copied for fake accusations to gang-up towards the accused in order to indicate a pattern of violent personality. The ultimate Gain might be personal compensation and to harm the royals’ reputation. Yet, the main aim, to the public accuser, with her Caucasian looks like Melania, has said that: “When I am 50-60 years old, I will have a yacht with my grandchildren and hopefully a family.” (VG Court quote). (Ironically, those yachts are confiscated to compensate for the war-crimes towards the Ukrainian nation and citizens.)
The professional Drama Queens’ tits and ass pictures did certainly provoke personal reactions from the royalist accused. However, the published cocaine picture by the influencers Sofie and Nora broke all understanding of ethics. Sofie got 10K Nok on internet hits, but would generate far more if the picture was not demanded removed instantly. The two influencers initiated a Blame Game and claimed their drugs was Marius’. Anyways, what is the origin of coke in Alta and then in Oslo? Alta is the largest city in the county with a Russian border. The trafficking in the Arctic region is far more than legal. If the coke comes from Russia, it might be -of comrade Assad from Syria that got exile in Moscow. He has probably restarted his lucrative synth-coke production there, like other Russian synth-drugs.
Marius eventually became a drug addict. He has admitted several issues of abuse and improper behaviour when drugged. Who would not break down in the end by all confusing expectations, POA pressures and broken personal ambitions? There is a whole Gen Z culture developing in this IR4/SR4 that is rather different from their parents’. Still, as a deeply involved, it seems that Marius has been put through far more than others, - yet still stays loyal to those who matters most for himself and the Constitution. Who else could and would?
Conclusively, the Constitution needs to protect themselves to be ‘Rule by Law’ and not ‘Rule by Media’ or ‘useful’ Gen Z influencers. Such a central-democratic Love Island Press Apparatus, seems to have managed to become some ‘Love Island Court’, where Gamers’ compensation, royalties, fame and fortune are raised to the 3rd and 4th level of Games People Play.
The Zuckerberg, Netflix and other main 4th IR actors should really reconsider their part and responsibilities to negative consequences to the 4th SR. For example, Netflix could re-write the script on the Marius case from another emocratic Love Island Game to a Good Game of democratic innovation of the Constitutional quality ensurance (QoC). Don’t act like just another Zucker.
