There is a rather intriguing and controversial history of mismanaged criminal trails in Norway. There are some alarming cold cases that seem to be improperly handled. The Judicial Power should Quality Ensure the cybernetic Constitutional system of the powers of LEJD (Legal, Executive, Judicial – and Democratic). A main reason is that Norway and Denmark are the only European nations still without any Administrative Court (Forvaltningsdomstol) to legally handle the organised crimes in the LEJ itself (‘Embedet’). Related to the Marius case of global and constitutional perspective, - this blog focuses on psychosocial ‘Underworld Games’, the Parallel Organisational (Court) Apparatuses (POA), and some of the Norwegian history of questionable major Cold Cases.
Theoretically, the psychosocial Game ‘Courtroom’ is surely the main Game towards Marius, the son of the Crown Princess, - an essential person to the Norwegian Constitution. Still, this extended thesis focusses on the real Court’s Constitutional 4th degree Games. In brief, the basic thesis is that a troubled couple engage a 3rd person, a councillor, a lawyer, a court, - as mediator to get personal support for a single-sided accusation. A ‘Courtroom Gamer’ will encourage never-ending escalations to profit on the misery, - like lawyer, relatives and judges might do. The anti-thesis is to lead the accuser and accused from Child-Parent dialogues to Adult-Adult dialogue in order to resolve their differences themselves as ‘Adults’. The constructive challenge is to make the Accuser and Accused to alter from the 4 other unsound modes of Parent-Child dialogues like; P-P; C-P; P-C and C-C. Intriguingly, Parliaments and Courts practices like ‘Courtroom Gamers’, not the A-A communications as recommended for sound psychosocial conflict-solving.
The major historical criminal cases in Norway are many. They do indeed indicate some alarmingly dysfunctionalities of the quality ensurance of the cybernetic Constitution (UU20240602). Some of these Cold Cases are talked through in blogs related to UU20140718. Here is a brief summary of some:
- The Breivik case is probably the most infamous Norwegian trial. A youngster was charged for blowing up the government building and some ministry ones. Still, most focused is the massacre of the government party’s youth organisation. Breivik pleaded himself as the solemnly guilty from the very start so the Jury gave him the max sentence and charged no one else. (Still, ‘the truth’ got the doubled sentence so the documentations are locked up in the National Archive for 60 years.) It seems unreal though, that such a dual operation, that certainly requires large ulterior organisations for years to plan and execute, was claimed to be solemnly done by an amateur youngster. The psychiatry failed to him charge for psychopathic delusions in order to get him in their custody. (See blog series from UU20120518)
- The Jensen case concerns an undercover cop that eventually went too far and ended in Games like ‘Cops & Robbers’, NIGYSOB (Now I've Got You, You Son of a Bitch), LPAFJ (Let's Pull a Fast one on Joey) and LYAHF (Let's You and Him Fight). He acted as an Underworld ‘informer’ and solved hard cases with inside information, became famous - but went too far to gain trust on both sides. The police charged him, but he claimed to act from a high-ranking officer in top secret missions. Officers even claimed he was related to the Breivik case. (See the blog UU20170929)
- The Orderud case concerns a married couple in the Foreign Ministry (UD). They were finally shot in their home. They investigated to far into some foreign criminal relations and was indirectly threatened in several ways, - like having a bomb under their car. Intriguingly, there was no clear evidence of who murdered them, - yet their children were convicted, based on finding of a single sock. There was a full sentence and no objections ever accepted by the Court.
- The Baneheia case concerns the murder of two minor girls. A person was charged guilty due to registering that his mobile phone was nearby. However, after serving the full sentence, he was found innocent. Another suspect found guilty instead. (In Denmark, such mobile evidence is now found insufficient, - that made thousands of judgements illegal, - but practically impossible to reconsider.)
- The Quick case is Scandinavian. He was under psychiatric treatment with drugs and hypnosis by some temporary experimental public service. Eventually he took the guilt for numerous murder cases that were proved that could not possibly be true. That fake ‘series-killer’ took the blame for others to get drugs, attention and special services, when locked up anyways. The real murderers were not investigated. (See blog UU20140718)
- The Nesset case concerns a male nurse convicted as a serial killer for 22 to 138 people. He served 12 years in prison and got 10 years under supervision. Yet, the uncertainty in numbers of murders and the mild penalty, should raise the questions if he was a voluntary scape-goat for more murderers that still are not investigated and are free.
- The Scandinavian Star Case concerns a ‘massacre’ of 159 persons at a fire on a cruise-ship between Norway and Denmark, - passing the Swedish coast. The international investigation was surely hindered and dysfunctional. 30 years later, - the Scandinavian TV channels DR, NRK and TV4 made a thoroughly documentary, called ‘The fire - The Scandinavian Star riddle’. It shows how the authorities let down the bereaved and the lacking of police investigations. (See link hereunder.)
Also, - related to the previous blogs UU20260222 and UU20240602, the crimes in the department of foreign affairs (UD), seems thoroughly infiltrated and manipulated, - like the 3 convicted high-ranking embeds-folks are, who are closely related to Epstein and Norwegian embassies. Hence a special focus should then be set on the Norwegian embassy in Denmark, that moved from the embassy area at Amalienborg to the previously shared harbour for the ships from Poland/Belarus and Denmark/Norway. There are well documented cases of high corruption for Norwegian funds (‘Innovasjon Norge’) and the Dane ‘UN City’ department UNOPS. (See links hereunder.) Conclusively, with all respect and promotion to ‘rule by law’. It should be allowed to question whether populist 4th state power, of foreign interests, influencers, fake news etc should prejudge the ‘rule by law’ in the sorry lack of a real Administrative Court.
Denmark might make an Administrative Court since a proposal to investigate the possibility has already past the first round in the Parliament (Folketinget). The Norwegian Parliament (Stortinget) really should start its Legislative procedure to make such a law too. Real Administrative Courts (Forvaltningsdomstol) in both Denmark and Norway might be of the greatest achievements to ensure proper ‘Quality of Constitution’ (QoC) and reduce the massive corruption in their public sector – Executive Power (Embedet).
