‘Strong institutions’ is a crucial sustainable development goal for all the United Nations. Most other goals will fail, if this SDG16 fails. Unfortunately, the western constitutional authorities seem to be stuck in debate-loops about their international obligations to the UN, NATO and EU, - like some reversed parliamentarism. Thus, such dysfunctionality should be disabled and prosecuted by the true legal institutions. This blog is therefore focusing on such ‘parallel apparatuses’ sociopathy from within such prey institutions.
There are 169 targets to the 17 Sustainable Development Goals. Some of the SDG16’s targets say: “(16.3) Promote the rule of law at the national and international levels and ensure equal access to justice for all. (16.4) Significantly reduce illicit financial and arms flows, strengthen the recovery and return of stolen assets and combat all forms of organized crime. (16.5) Substantially reduce corruption and bribery in all their forms. (16.6) Develop effective, accountable and transparent institutions at all levels. (16.7) Ensure responsive, inclusive, participatory and representative decision-making at all levels. (16.10) Ensure public access to information and protect fundamental freedoms, in accordance with national legislation and international agreements. (16.a) Strengthen relevant national institutions, including through international cooperation, for building capacity at all levels, in particular in developing countries, to prevent violence and combat terrorism and crime. The very anti-thesis the SDGs is the 100 years old Comintern that still dictates their fifth columnists. The KGB is apparently revitalized in 2020 as parallel organisational apparatus within Belarus. Its secret police are actually still called KGB. Such prey nations are in bondage to the Comintern’s 21 Conditions like: C2; “…methodically remove reformists and centrists from every responsible post in the labor movement (party organisations, editorial boards, trades unions, parliamentary factions, co-operatives, local government) and replace them, ...” C3; “In almost every country in Europe and America the class struggle is entering the phase of civil war. They have the obligation of setting up a parallel organisational apparatus which, at the decisive moment, can assist the party to do its duty to the revolution (CdE). “ … it is absolutely necessary to combine legal and illegal activity.” C13; “… cleanse the party systematically of the petty-bourgeois elements (loyal citizens).” (See more in blogs like UU20170811.)
The last 100 years of western history witness the organized sociopathy and mass-psychopathy from Cults of Comintern (CoC) – including the World War 2. Such predator organisations initiate and escalate actions in order to trigger uprisings to cause CCD (Colonial Collapse Disorders) and legitimize CdE (Coup d’ Etat). Such Pyramid Games were played on prey nations in every continent– causing irreversible human and national traumas. These calamities can by ended, though, by strong and sustainable counter-Comintern institutions. (UU20200501)
The aim of such nova Comintern is apparently CCD at the UN, NATO and EU, - like done to the two forerunners; ’The League of Nations’ (ww1) and 'The Congress of Vienna’ (ww2). Consequently, all the western constitutions need to prioritize the SDG16 in order to quality-ensure their own institution from such cold war legacies. The processes need professional ‘rule-by-law’ execution by the true LEJD powers (Legal, Executive, Juridical & Democratic). One measure should be to have any public servant signing a confidentiality statement referring to the penalty law in order to work for the public services. Most important, no public servants should ever be the ones to decide whether criminal acts in the public sector should be directed to other courts than the penalty court.
