QoH - One Humanity Language

Our Humanity needs a mutual understanding in order to properly complete our obligations to the UN SDG in 2030. A mutual understanding requires a common language, as well as standards, reasonings and agreements. Unfortunately, though, the UN seems like some post-disastrous Babylonian state. This might be the very reason why the UN Humanity acts are so diverse. Most peculiar though, all the UN has to do, - is to agree on one of our 6000 languages to be Humanity’s global standard language. Then, in a generation’s time, - any human can be able to speak with anyone, - whenever, wherever and about whatever. Actually, that is an indication of dysfunctionality - that the UN could not do so as its very first act in order to unite Humanity – half a century ago.

Our Humanity needs a mutual understanding in order to properly complete our obligations to the UN SDG in 2030. A mutual understanding requires a common language, as well as standards, reasonings and agreements. Unfortunately, though, the UN seems like some post-disastrous Babylonian state. This might be the very reason why the UN Humanity acts still are so diverse. Most peculiar though, all the UN has to do, - is to agree on one of our 6000 languages to be Humanity’s global standard language. Then, in a generation’s time, - any human is enabled to speak with anyone, - whenever, wherever and about whatever. Actually, the state of the UN is an indication of dysfunctionality.

Theoretically, a language can be defined as a structured system of communication, based on speech, gestures, signs and writings. The structure is by grammar and free vocabulary. Linguistics is the philosophy of the relation between languages and thoughts. It stems from the ancient Greek civilization, whilst recent philosophies focus on expressions of emotions, rationalities, logics and any other thoughts. The Human languages can be recorded, thus enables learning as well as complex communication to describe our rules and values. Hence, human cultures and languages are co-dependent and thereby have social uses such as identity and stratification, as well as learning and entertainment.

Still, in order to communicate and agree, there is also a need for standards for numbers, time, measures, locations, properties, formulas, definition etc. In fact, the UN keeps enormous amounts of vital data for analysis, conclusions and decisions. However, it is seldom properly utilized due to lack of the simplest standards. All of it could easily be made comparable by agreeing on the simplest conversion algorithms. This is also a vital task for our prosperities and obligations for the SDG 2030.

Apropos, communication is a very basic for these UU blogs concerning the psychosocial model of 3^3D, - particularly because it’s based on an elevated TA (Transaction Analysis). Basically, the psychosocial analytic tool is extended to apply for any organisation as well as any human, - thus Humanity too. In brief, all the 27 (3^3) relations of human states are interrelated by communication of several kinds, - including dreams. The languages are mostly extraverted though. (See blogs like UU20220205).

Still, the 6 official languages of the United Nations are; Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish. One of these should be the obligated as the 2nd language in any member nation. This does not contradict any human right to choose any language and dialect to be the preferred one. By the way, today’s 6000 languages will be reduced by 70% in 2100. For example, the 3 Scandinavian ‘languages’ are really dialect, that can be the basis of a merged Scandinavian language – a standard for the Nordic region.

Moreover, in order to minimize organisational dysfunctionalities, the UN’s itself needs a single operative language. Its structure should rather relate to our computer languages than our emotional ones. That would be true cybernetic, as in the ancient Greek definition of function, control and govern. The UN language should be related to a merged set of metrics and definitions. Such a challenge is certainly according to the ongoing 4th IR/SR (Industrial and Social Reform). The advantages of a well-functional Humanity apparatus will probably enable yet inconceivable synergy effects.

Conclusively, a main challenge for our Humanity is to get out of this post-Babylonian Belief. The UN should agree on escalating the issue to be a top priority. It can be done by adding ‘Global Language’ as a target to the SDG 4 ‘Quality Education’. In doing so, all United Nations are obligated to promote a global language for any human, hence Humanity itself.
