‘Embede’, is a Danish term for the Executive power, the State, - the public institutional complex. Originally, the word refers to an ‘embeds man’, an oligarchic statesman. They were highly influential to the Legislative power’s Government, and practically immune to the court of the Judicial power, - privileges illegally acquired by relation to the legally immune King. The overpowered ‘embedded men’, and their collective of ‘embedsfolk’, surely reminds of some oligarchic untouchables within the State. Such a state within the State, an embedded Parallel Organisational Apparatus, - as described by the Comintern war-declaration towards all Western nations and citizens in 1920. Henceforth, this blog sets a critical view on the escalating unbalance of LEJ power of the Danish ‘state within the State’ – and the obvious remedies to heal the Quality of the Dane Constitution.
As mentioned in the previous blog, the Legislative Constitutional Law provide the Danish King with superior powers, - which was disabled by ‘crowning’ a queen instead during the Cold War. Yet, by the abdication, the Constitution has regained those royal powers of half the Legislative (Parliament) and the whole Executive (State) power. Now, there is a great need for thoroughly restructure of that previous century’s war damages, - facing this century’s required healing, reorganisation and development.
There are numerous blogs, written to meet the recurring crises, like; theses concerning institutions (UU20210703), Danish politics (UU20150724), institutional dysfunctions (UU20231203), and psycho-social Game theses (UU20180323). Hence, the 5th Pyramid Game Over (P5GO), the 3D politics model (LEJ), plus the Hyper-Democracy (LEJD), the organisational ego-states of Drive, Will and Belief, the 5D scenarios model of future and past, the definition of Quality of Constitutions (UU20210703), LifeQuality (LQ), as well as the social transaction analysis of OK vs KO (not-OK).
All in all, the institutional war-damages, the dysfunctionalities from the Nazi-Stazi CdE Game were devasting and is spreading. the healing process should start with diagnosing the institutional Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS), hence the Colony collapse disorder (CCD). Generally, the Dane Constitutional seems re-built to fail. That reversed parliamentarism in the intercepting government was mention in the previous blog.
There is an alarming unbalance of the Powers (LEJ) due to the ‘embed’ Executive power’s coldwar towards western society and citizens, - which has not ended. Dane statistics shows that the public spending is 60% of BNP (370 billion euro), increased 20% in 2014-2024 and that the embed employees counts for 30% of the national (760,000 employee) - and in increasing.
There are considerable symptoms that could be diagnosed for dysfunctional organisations. There is a blog UU20170922 that actually transliterate diagnosis and remedies for organisations as large as nations, in the concept of the smallest, like families. It is relevant and applies. Anyways, all the institutional scandals, fraud, dysfunctionalities are mainly due to misconduct of Judicial powers that can only continue when the Legislative penalty power is disabled. The imperial facts, in lack of any institutional statistics, indicates institutional organised crimes of billions each year, as well as violations of thousands of citizens, - in the extended cold-war folks vs citizens. Still, ‘embedsfolk’ are misled into doing the daily public crimes.
Surely, there are some occasionally staged trials, to simulate some kind of judicial ‘rule by law’, - like the Britta case towards a single clerk, the political fatwa impeachment towards a minister and the multiple criminal charges towards leaders of the secret police and military. The misconducts can be arranged since the constitutional quality-ensurance is still shortcut by the prosecution authority (anklagemyndigheden). Its POA redirects most criminal charges against itself to their parallel court apparatuses for the labor, psychiatry, church, trade, military, - instead of the real Legislative penalty Court. Furthermore, some ‘putinist’ parties managed to block Denmark from joining Europol, Eurojust and Cepol (retsforbeholdet) by some absurd reversed arguments (UU20151106). Consequently, Danmark has become a magnet for international criminal organisations. Still, after 30 years, its legislative obligations to the TFEU rules of competition are systematically violated by misinforming and misconducting. How can there be any ‘rule by law’ or justice in such a reformed constitutions of ‘rebuilt to fail’.
There is not a simple conclusion to heal these complex institutions. These mass-productions of public service are as determined to such total industrial reforms, like farming, mass-productions and digitalization were in the 3 previous ones. The outcomes will as well benefit the citizens’ LifeQuality – if managed wisely. By the way: the Danish court has ruled that any citizens might say to embedsfolk that ‘I bør skamme jer’ (you should be ashamed of yourself). That is at least a start.
